Order Policy

Delivery charge will be applied for St. Catharines delivery orders: $6.00 for orders under $29.99 & $3.00 for orders $30.00 or more (before taxes) ** Delivery charges subject to change ** Prices are subject to change without prior notice and will be confirmed by email. Pickup Order is available to select areas and is subject to change without prior notice. Delivery is only available for St. Catharines location at this moment. Orders are ONLY available for pickup from 11:30am to 10:00pm. VIP card and Gift Certificates cannot be used for online payment.

Payment Method

Upon receipt of orders, our customer representatives will contact customers by phone to confirm the orders within 10 mins. Orders will NOT be processed if we cannot confirm with the customers by phone. All orders will be ready within a reasonable time, depends per order amount.

Order Processing

We accept credit cards online or cash for pickup orders. All delivery orders are strictly pre-paid online by credit cards only.

Refund and Returns

Online Orders can be changed or cancelled by contacting the select store for pickup/delivery before or during the phone confirmation. There is No return and No refund after the customers confirm the order on phone.
